- The credential is active and in good standing
- The badge is used solely for the specific tier or designation awarded
- The badge is displayed without modification and in accordance with published brand standards
- Badge use does not imply endorsement beyond the scope of the credential
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Altering, recreating, sublicensing, or transferring badges
- Using badges after expiration, suspension, or revocation
- Misrepresenting credential status, authority, or scope
- Using badges in misleading, deceptive, or comparative claims
Education That Matter IP, LLC reserves the right to verify credential status, require removal of badges, suspend or revoke credentials, and enforce trademark rights in cases of misuse or misrepresentation.
4. Controlled Distribution Materials
Certain materials—including white papers, pilot frameworks, certification documents, partner assets, and strategic resources—are distributed on a controlled basis.
Access to controlled materials does not grant ownership, resale rights, or unrestricted use.
Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, replication, or disclosure is prohibited and may result in suspension of access, revocation of credentials or licenses, and other remedies available under law.
